Layout for Holoholo
Holoholo is a 53 ft. Defever POC, (Performance Offshore Cruiser), designed by the famous naval
t architect Arthur Deferver. It is 16' 6" wide and the view from the fly bridge is fantastic!
We have many redundant systems on board, including two 175 hp turbo diesel Caterpillar
engines two diesel generators, as well as 3 private guest cabins each with it's own shower and
bathroom. Below deck accommodates the 2 guest staterooms and captains quarters. The
main deck houses the spacious salon and galley, as well as the "Pilot House". From the pilot
house there is a stairway up to the "Fly Bridge" were comfortable seating for 8 can be found in an
enclosed bimini covered viewing area. The fly bridge is quiet, comfortable and has great views. This is also were we keep our 25 hp. dingy, 2 single sea kayaks and 1 double sea kayak. We also keep 2 top of the line "Bote" brand SUP boards up here, 2 crab traps and 2 shrimp pots as well as a 65 gallon Yeti brand cooler for those days when the fishing is good. Despite all this gear there is still room on the fly bridge to sun bathe or set up a tent for those warm summer star lit nights. Even though other areas of the boat are wonderful, the fly bridge is truly "premium" real estate.
